LE PETIT CHATEAU LOWENA

Le Petit Chateau Lowena is the sister property to Le Grand Chateau Lowena and Le Chateau Lowena. Le Petit Chateau Lowena is located in the Lowena Drive Historic Landmark District. The street and the district are named after the Lowe family and the son, H.N. Lowe, who developed the unique ‘Chateauesque’ residential structures. Le Petit Chateau Lowena was built 1919 and the first known example of Chateauesque architecture in Long Beach.
